BASICS: 
-MediaTek android has three boot screens.
1st one is just an image and it is present in
logo.bin
--The second screen is also an image.
This is image is from boot_logo
in /media/images folder. You can change this
easily by following this guide !!
--The third one is the boot animation.
It is present in /media/ folder

If you want to full customize your rooted Android device then you must
Chang boot animation.
 When you change your boot animation as following process ,then when
 your phone start , it's look like awesome. changing boot animation is
 so simple like water drinking(if you follow our proper instruction)

How To Use Bootanimation

REQUIREMENTS :

1: Your phone must be rooted. If not rooted
  please root your phone.
 2:Your phone must me installed
  an custom Recovery
     PROCEDURE :

Step 1:Power Off your Phone

Step 2:Go to Your Custom Recovery by pressing
       Vol Up + Power Button
Step 3:Now Click Install Then Choose boot animation.zip
       and flash.
       (boot animation.zip that you already downloaded)
      
       Now Reboot Your phone and Enjoy
